The "Signal" Discovery - First Time Strategy Session

  • 30m

A focused conversation for leaders who sense a distortion in their system. We will briefly discuss your current organizational challenges through the lens of I/O Psychology and determine if a 'Signal' analysis is the right next step for your team.

Executive Production Sync (Conklin Projects)

  • 30m

This session is for individuals or organizations currently coordinating with Dr. Todd Conklin on upcoming projects, workshops, or global events.

As the Executive Producer for these initiatives, I use this time to finalize logistics, production details, and strategic coordination between all involved parties.

Please note: This meeting is strictly for project coordination and production logistics. It does not include private consulting or advisory services.

Signal Advisory Session

  • 60m
$1,000.00

A deep-dive strategy call for established clients or those who have read the 'Signal' trilogy. We move past the noise to analyze your organizational drift and apply I/O Psychology principles to your specific high-risk operations.

  • About me

I help leaders identify the Signal in complex systems. With a Doctorate in I/O Psychology and over 20 years of operational experience, my work is centered on Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) and the psychological drivers of safety.

I authored the "Signal" trilogy to provide a roadmap for navigating organizational drift. These three books serve as the foundation for my advisory work, helping organizations distinguish between performative noise and the predictive signals that govern system behavior.

Much of my current work is focused on my role as the Executive Producer and direct understudy to Dr. Todd Conklin. My goal is to help organizations move beyond simple compliance by understanding the "distortions" that occur between how work is designed and how it is actually performed. I look for the predictive patterns—the signals—that others often miss.
